Sleep? How much do you get?

So how much sleep do you have each night?

Does it change with the seasons (eg. winter) or are you up at the same time each day?

Do you sleep in on week-ends?

Do you remember your dreams?

Do you dream in colour?

I fall off the perch about midnight after a read.
I do sleep better in winter, I dont use the alarm clock, I wake around sunrise most mornings.I do dream in colour and do remember my dream but thankfully not all of them

I go to bed around midnight, the witching hour. Sometimes I do stay up later if I get carried away on the computer, not often though.

I usually get up just before 8am, because I have to do my insulin at 8am. Although sometimes, when I am tired, (on the rare occasion), I sleep in to nearer 9am, but that is only to catch up on sleep. Sometimes, in the summer, lighter mornings, I might get up earlier.

Saturday and Sunday are no exception, same routine every day, diabetes is unforgiving.

More often than not, I remember my dreams, some of which I wish I could forget.

I can't remember if I dream in colour or not.
