right ok, I know I have seen those eyes before, I don't think this is really right, but either the Baron from Penelope Pitstop or Silas Greenback from Dangermouse, and by the way I think Penfold is cute.
No, Silas Greenback was actually green, so forget that.
It's one of these dasterdly characters that wears a black mask over the top of his face and wears a black hat: but which one?
It just don't look like his eyes.
