Pavarotti Gravely Ill

THE condition of celebrated Italian tenor Luciano Pavarotti, 71, has worsened following his operation for pancreas cancer in July last year and hospitalisation last month.

The 71-year-old tenor is at home, unconscious and suffering from kidney failure, a television station reported.

His family has rushed to be at his bedside
