Does it do the same job as a wheel nut, holding the wheel onto the car, (don't really know what I am talking about, but) holding the wheel onto the axil or something.
Easy, a wheel lock for an early model car with spoke wheels. The small hole locks around the spoke and the long pointy part locks around the tire and wheel.
And Johnno prolly still sells them in his shop to this day :))
