Icing on a cake.

wow, we have been doing a lot of guessing....not icing....not my DNA...or mutant chromosomes...not a lampshade or chandelier...not a candle...maybe could be plastic...but it does contain something we may all enjoy from time to time

It is a plastic ball w/ rubber spikes on the outside, on jewelry, toys or key chains.
