one thing I found when I gave up smoking, is not to put yourself into the situations where you want a ciggie, eg, after dinner, during a beer etc. Get up and go for a walk, go and garden, try a pencil sketch, or eat a mintie, GO AND CLEAN YOUR TEETH! It will take away the craving you have. Say out loud " I AM AN EX-SMOKER" each and everytime you want a ciggie. Trust me, it sure does help. Been there, done that. Good luck mate.
