Johnno Where you live looks like you are about one block closer to your beach than I am here on the Oregon Coast. We are on a river to the east and 4 blocks from the Pacific Ocean to the west. We love it. Not tropical. Rain and wind storm coming tonight.
Cool Teddy, so you would get the sea breezes too. That is the best part, it can be very hot but the seabreeze keeps it all bearable
and Kevin...we dont get yellow snow either...lol
