Not sure where this is near New Orleans, it doesn't matter, and as a sailor, all I can say is OUCH!

I saw this on the news...what a waste of nice boats
Have been watching streaming video all day. It is a mess down there. We have our own American tsunami. It looks like a war zone. Poor people. It will take months to restore just the electricity and water. Some people said they will go right back and rebuild. I'd run away as fast as I could since we are just into the middle of the hurricane season. What more can they endure????
It's like a batch of fallen matchsticks.
