You should photograph a beautiful sunrise (**cough**) or a sunset if you aren't up early enough!!!
The most important thing with the first photos is that you get them right as they will be numbered as 1-2-3 and you can't delete the numbers. I suggest just going for a walk up the street and just let your mind work out what to shoot. There is prolly heaps of good profile photos to be had at the shops. Otherwise just do flowers.
