I've got something planned, but I'll see how it pans out first. Went to the optician yesterday, and she said that she could not give me a prescription for my left eye (I have a cateract in the left one) because there is nothing she can do for it. The next step is surgery, but I'm such a coward where eyes are concerned. Also I have been getting migraines, brought on by the screens on the tills. What with everything else, I have decided to leave work.
I'm excited about it, I have some seeds to plant, vegetable seeds. A dog to look after.
oh having a cataract done is nothing Sue.Dad was in and out in a morning after having his removed and now cant believe how well he can read and see things than he could before
It was a big decision Kevin, I'll be loosing about £500 each month, but hope to find something I can do at home to make up the short fall. Brizpaul, everyone says it's nothing to have the cataract removed, I'm just a scaredy cat.
Oh Sue that's great! Any plans then for the future? Another job? Retirement?
