Dear Friends,
Together with some friends we have decided to start a weight loss program by going for bike rides every weekend, I reckon this is a great way to get fit so tell me what you think guys.
We pedal for about 10 km each weekend (it's not much but it's a start...)

If you are interested you are welcome to join us. We always have a place for a new friend and refreshments for all.
